Refit one radiator and replace another, including a new valve

Two radiator jobs in the same house: 1. Refit an existing radiator (photo 2) back on the wall in the hallway. The brackets and valves are already in place (photo 1), new flooring has just gone down. 2. Replace an old radiator under a bedroom window (photo 3) with a new one, including a new valve. Please say if your price includes supplying the radiator and valve. Open to offers.
