I'm a reliable and hardworking general labourer with around 2 years of hands-on construction experience across commercial and domestic projects. My experience includes general labouring, demolition, strip-out, site clearance, loading and unloading materials, drylining, assisting electricians, carpenters and other tradespeople, and using hand and power tools. I can help with moving furniture, garden clearing, general property cleaning, furniture assembly, basic DIY assistance, event setup and dismantling, and other physically demanding tasks. I hold a valid CSCS Green Card, ECS White Card and PASMA qualification. I have my own PPE and basic tools. I'm punctual, hardworking, safety-conscious and happy to take on small one-off jobs, half-day or full-day work. I offer reasonable quotes and I'm available for immediate work across London.
